Sean Mandelbaum has over 20 years of corporate and real estate acquisitions, finance and development experience. His responsibilities include underwriting and executing new real estate projects, and he is also the Managing Partner of Mandelbaum Sale-Leaseback Advisors where he arranges sale-leaseback and build-to-suit financing on behalf of publicly-traded REITs, private REITs and other institutional investors.

 

Sean's prior work experience includes positions as an investment specialist for the $1.5 billion private equity fund at Bear Stearns Merchant Banking (now Irving Place Capital), and as a financing and M&A specialist in the investment banking division of Bear Stearns.

 

Sean earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and earned BS and BA degrees with concentrations in finance and accounting from the Wharton School and the College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania through the Huntsman Program in International Studies & Business. He is conversational in Japanese.
