Chad Mandelbaum has a diverse background in real estate corporate finance, institutional real estate investments, retail development, sale-leaseback financing and landlord representation with over 20 years of real estate experience. His responsibilities include asset management and financial oversight of the firm's real estate portfolio.

 

Chad's work experience includes investment sales, leasing and development experience in the Phoenix market, as well as positions at Wheels Up, iStar Financial (a Starwood Capital portfolio company), Bear Stearns and The Blackstone Group’s real estate private equity fund, where he participated in all aspects of acquisitions of CBD office towers, full-service luxury hotels and residential land development.

 

Chad earned a BS degree with concentrations in finance and accounting from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, after which he earned his CPA certificate.
