Justin Mandelbaum has a real estate private equity investment and development background with nearly 20 years of real estate experience. His responsibilities include sourcing and executing new real estate projects. He is also leading the non-profit Mainframe Studios to develop one of the largest artist studio buildings in the country.

 

Prior to joining Mandelbaum Properties, Justin was the co-founder of Vespera Investments, a real estate development firm that focused on socially and environmentally conscious community developments in Connecticut and Massachusetts. Vespera’s projects included work on over 1,300 residential units and the conversion of a 275,000 square foot industrial facility into artist studios. His previous work experience included positions at Starwood Capital Group and Goldman Sachs’s Whitehall Funds, where he underwrote myriad investment opportunities including mixed-use, multi-family, office, retail, industrial, hotels and senior housing.

 

Justin earned BS and BA degrees with concentrations in real estate and finance from the Wharton School and the College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania through the Huntsman Program in International Studies & Business.
