Mandelbaum Properties is a Des Moines‐based family‐owned real estate development and investment firm. Our principals have 100 years of combined real estate experience and are the managing partners of 14 real estate partnerships totaling nearly 500,000 square feet of retail, office, industrial and residential properties. We have also arranged over $250 million of sale‐leaseback and single‐tenant real estate transactions.

 

In our previous professional experience, we have participated in the acquisition of over $3 billion of real estate and real estate operating companies, and advised publicly‐traded companies on over $15 billion of completed M&A transactions.
